Don’t just take his word for it. What are clients saying about Brian?
"Brian is a terrific agent. From the first moment some of his qualities were obvious - thoroughness and persistence. Later, we discovered that these were combined with a deep sense of responsibility and a tremendous knowledge of the market. Brian sold our apartment and also represented us on various bids we placed as buyers. At all times our welfare was topmost in his mind. The fact that he is personable and patient make him a joy to work with while making difficult life changing decisions - as many residential real estate transactions usually are. You could not be in better hands."
"Brian guided us through the entire process, from loan pre-qualification to searching for houses to making the offer and closing the deal. We credit him with a smooth, stress-free home buying experience. This was our first purchase of property in NYC and we had such a pleasurable experience. Brian is thorough, savvy, personable, and knows the market inside and out. We never could have found our dream apartment without him."

“I couldn’t have wished for a better agent than Brian Nordell. I met Brian at an open house and told him what I was looking for and he said that he would find listings that met my wish list and budget. He took me to apartments that were completely on target and in price range. He ultimately found me the apartment that I had been dreaming of in the exact neighborhood I wanted and with all of the amenities on my wish list. Brian was also an amazing asset in helping us with the board package and approval stage, working tirelessly to get us through the whole process. I would highly recommend Brian Nordell to anyone needing an agent. He is an attentive, astute agent and an amazing person. Not only is he a wonderful agent, but I now consider him to be a friend as well.”
-Mdivani & Keith (Sutton Place)
“As first-time home buyers, my wife and I were pretty much in the dark on what to do, what the process was, and what to expect. Brian was there for us every step of the way and ensured that the process was seamless and efficient. Most of all, Brian made every effort to ensure that we were spared the pain of some of the less-than-fun aspects of buying a coop, the coop application being the worst part of all! Brian gathered our papers and put together a flawless application. He also gave us expert advice on how to approach the all-important coop interview. In the end, we cleared the coop board and closed on our transaction, all in good time. Brian did more than just manage the process; he explained everything to us in ways anyone could understand, was courteous and professional with all the relevant players (the other broker, lawyers, management companies, etc.), and made us feel like we were in good hands at every stage. We definitely recommend him!”

“Being a first time home buyer in Manhattan can be very overwhelming.
Brian made the whole process that much easier for me. His deep understanding of Manhattan real estate was extremely valuable. Showing me countless apartments and neighborhoods really gave me a sense of pros and cons of each apartment while keeping my budget constraints in mind. Once I saw an apartment that presented the most value to me, Brian was able to execute quickly and close the deal at a good price. If you're buying or selling real estate in Manhattan, Brian is your guy.”
